Refund and cancellation terms for OneGate paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions
OneGate offers annual and multi-year subscription plans for societies. Billing cycles and renewal terms are specified in your order confirmation.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation by contacting your account manager or emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans, subject to unused service periods and onboarding status. Partial refunds may apply for mid-term cancellations per contract terms.
