OneGate is built with security as a core requirement. We employ layered controls across infrastructure, application, and operational processes.

Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2+. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms on managed cloud infrastructure.

Role-based access ensures residents, guards, and administrators see only authorized data. Multi-factor authentication is available for administrative accounts.

We monitor systems for anomalies, maintain audit logs, and follow documented incident response procedures. Customers are notified of material breaches per applicable law.

Regular automated backups support disaster recovery. Recovery time objectives are defined per service tier.
